During maintenance visits and surveys, we often notice the same issues:

• Gutters overflowing onto surfaces

• Moss developing in shaded areas

• Leaves left to decompose over winter

None of these are major problems if they’re dealt with early.

Preventative maintenance is always easier - and less expensive - than corrective work.
