WHY SURFACES FAIL

“It looked fine when it was installed.”

We hear this regularly when looking at failed resin surfaces.

A surface can look perfect when it’s first completed.

The real test comes later.

Cracking, loose aggregate, sinking, ponding or deterioration can often be linked to issues that existed before the resin was ever installed.

That’s why we believe proper assessment and preparation are so important.

The finished surface is only as good as the system beneath it.

If your existing resin surface isn’t performing as expected, don’t immediately assume the entire surface needs replacing.

First, find out why it failed.
